Currently the default vacation message contains HTML tags - this is probably
unnecessary as the message is Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" anyway.
PROPOSAL
========
There has been a previous effort to set the correct content type of the
vacation message based on its content (Bug 6614), but IMHO for the _default_
message plain text will be sufficient and the HTML tags in the message should
generally be eliminated.
