Thanks for opening this bug. The SOGo jail should only be enabled if you have
SOGo installed and enabled, in which case you should have the logfile
/var/log/sogo.log.
Please, show:
rpm -qa | grep -P 'sope|sogo'
db configuration show sogod | grep -v DbPassword
