Looks like a race condition during server boot: after a signal-event
post-upgrade, /var/log/httpd_error_log is a dangling symlink. The destination
file is only created when httpd starts to send log lines.
If fail2ban starts before httpd had time to send anything, the error will occur
Please try smeserver-fail2ban-0.1.11-1.sme which should be online in a few
minutes, it starts fail2ban just a bit later which should let enough time to
httpd to create the log file.
