Ok, this one is easy to test.

1. Using the current version 0.6.26 - examine the nightly output and see that
the spammassassin tag league table is not well populated (or run as below)

2. Update to this version (copy the perl script to /usr/bin ) and either allow
the nightly run to run OR use this:

perl /usr/bin/spamfilter-stats-7.pl /var/log/qpsmtp/current

and examine the output (sent to admin or whatever) and see that now the
spammassassin league table is now well populated.

Also see that the spamassassin table (and Geoip table if shown), has totals at
the bottom and both show the value of the percentage cutoff set.
