I have noticed that some IPs are not getting picked up correctly. I have at
least two instances of IPs that are in the UK but are still in the database as
RU.
[root@home qpsmtpd]# geoiplookup 178.62.71.12
GeoIP Country Edition: RU, Russian Federation
But if you check on other systems it is correctly identified as in the UK e.g.
https://www.geoiptool.com/en/?ip=178.62.71.12
I have checked in the new Geoip v2 DB and the addresses are correct (at least
in the CSV versions)
The GeoIP 2 CSV file shows :
178.62.0.0 - 178.62.127.255 2990407680 2990440447 GB United Kingdom
I could easily update the contrib to use GeoIP 2 but there are no full
CentOS/RHEL packages as yet. They can be downloaded from here (I am going to
test)
