The update proposed in Bug 9074 has not been pushed to the repo yet because
nobody has verified it (it's working for me). You should be able to try:
yum --enablerepo=smetest update smeserver-fecthmail
(you should get smeserver-fetchmail-1.6-8.sme)
If it fixes your issue, please, add a comment on Bug 9074 (and I'll close this
one as a dup)
