The attachment shows
stephdl=repository
So yiu tried and failed to add his repo, or someone did. Will paste you
something tomorrow ro remove it but out at dinner right now.

Is the smeserver-phpmyadmin rpm installed ?
Goto http://yourserver.ip/phpmyadmin (like you would for server-manager) and
see if you can login. Check the wiki page.
