I thought about the whitelisted IPs, but couldn't figure out how to add them
here. I didn't even think about specifically adding the others.

I didn't think of it...
I would want to include 'junk', 'Junk E-Mail', Trash, Deleted Messages and
Deleted Items, too...
Email clients or users might move junk to one of these locations that would be
useful for server training...
