when asking to remove tag from a mail subject: it returns rubbish when it is
encoded :
an example:
Subject:
=?UTF-8?B?RlJBTkNFIDI0wqA6ICJSdXNzaWUgOiBsJ8OpY29ub21pZSBlbiBwYW5uZSI=?=
after removing [SPAM] from the subject, the new returned subject is
=?UTF-8?B?RlJBTkNFIDI0wq6ICIiTCfDqWNoYXBww6llIiI=?=
which displays
FRANCE 24®??? ??X?\ 0?YH?
instead of
FRANCE 24: "L'échappée"
tested on a SME Server 8.2 in French locale so still iso15.
might be related.
