Built patch for SME8 (clean build on build server).
I'm not sure what to do next (Developer doco mentions logging into
shell.contribs.org, but that doesn't seem right - and doesn't seem to work),
and I would expect that someone else should test....
I am using this as my 'get used to patching pilot' :)
I will then do the same patch for SME9 (copy as per Developer doco)
