thanks for the detailed description.
Could you please add the content of "/etc/samba/Affa-Job-amgm-job.conf"?
Can you in this file recognize what makes trouble with samba (also check with
the doc of samba dealing with the parameter "include" inside of the smb.conf)?
Did you had the same problem with Affa-V2 or was it OK?
Unfortunately I have no experience with Affa and samba.
ASAP I will try to get a corresponding test environment, but at this time I'm
"working" on an other bug....
