It will be great to reduce verbosity aither when the script is runt hourly or
if a db property is set.
Let's say
config setprop Learn Verbose (enabled|disabled|activity)
activity: report only about a user if something is done
disabled: report nothing
enabled: (default) current behaviour report every steps.
it would be nice to not receive mail if nothing is learned or no folder was
created, and having only the list of user who happened to submit something to
learn (activity mode).
