this seems more like a upstream bug or mis-configuration of lists. YOu can
check general configuration of dansguardian on the web.

what was the version of the contrib ?
currently :
#rpm -qa |grep -i dansguardian

smeserver-dansguardian-2.9-11.el5.sme
also what is you configuration
configuration show squid
configuration show dansguardian
