This is an upstream packaging (minor) issue. I'm not even sure those warnings
are real issues, the script check_perms is probably not meant to be used when
installed by a package manager. Anyway, on a clean CentOS install, I get the
same warnings, while rpm -V mailman is happy. There's no functionnal problem,
so I'm closing this as an UPSTREAM bug
