First, the cgi error is known.we had some issues sinces sme8 with i386 version.
the workaround was to get the cgi wrapper from the sme7 rpm. works ok on
x86_64
Second, the contribs was only 1/4 imported for sme9, as there was only the
smeserver rpm and none of the software itself !
however I updated everything to latest releases and importing it in
