actually the path for the module was not good neither,
fixed in
/usr/bin/plague-client build smeserver-groupmembers-panel
smeserver-groupmembers-panel-1_0_2-2_el6_sme contribs9
Package smeserver-groupmembers-panel enqueued. Job ID: 1205.
