when trying to install the freepbx plugin digium phone, there is an error
poping at reconfiguration indefinivelly, and it is not evident to understand.
after investigation the script try to create the folder
/opt/freepbx/digium_phones/ and fails at every time, while the owner of
/opt/freepbx is asterisk, and the httpd instance is asterisk too.
I suggest to create this folder with the installation script. It will remain
empty if the plugin is installed, but it will avoid any error.
