Please, show the output of
db networks show
and
db configuration getprop httpd-admin ValidFrom
My guess is that you've allowed 100.100.100.0/24 to access the server-manager
of this server. In the Shared Folders implementation, I choosed to grant those
IP (which can access the server-manager from the outside) the same level of
access than the local networks
