Actually when an user is granted to manage the vacation message of others, he
can see all users.
I want by a db command restrict the permission of user following groups
db account setprop toto delegatedVacations 'group1,group2,group3'
then the user toto can edit the vacation message of users belong to group1
group2 group3
do :
db account setprop toto delegatedVacations ''
and you come back to the normal behaviour
by default the user can still edit all vacation message
