V7.7 first version with Blacklist table enumerated
Here's a first go at adding the Blacklist table, plus I've tidied up some code
and also the text output (which I'd messed up playing with html output).
Please try it out (copy to /usr/bin) and let me know any problems.
Hope to be working on NFR bugzilla 9716 in the interim.
