V0.7.8 Add in Stats perr user and emails RELAYED by server.
First shot at a new table of counts per internal email address. This is
slightly different to the way Jean-Phillipe specified it as I do not have an
easy way to relate the internal mail directories to the incoming emails
addresses, without checking for multiple domains and resolving aliases. So this
tale is not part of the junkmail table, but a new one.
I also added a new category for emails being delivered from a remote client
(ie. relayed legally through the server). This spots for example emails sent
from a mobile phone through a third party wifi system or using mobile data.
Note that emails sent from a mobile phone using an internal Wifi will be
treated as ordinary local sending.
Please treat this as a late Alpha/Early Beta and let me know of any problems
through this bug.
Also note this is on the base of the code for the new qpsmtpd (v0.96), so
you'll have to install that first!!
