Yes, all five choices shows up, in my case (2 physical machines and one
virtual) if you choose basic, it will go to
https://my.mail.domian.org/horde/imp/basic.php?mailbox=SU5CT1g&page=mailbox
which results with blank page.
It is not a killer, just wanted to report this behavior. Dynamic for me works
just fine.
In the Preferences, you have plenty of options which says it will shows only in
Basic view (for example Display the "Empty Trash" link in the menubar? (Basic
view only)), that is why I was trying to log in explicitly in Basic, to see the
behavior.
The only noise in the var/log/messages I found is:
HORDE: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried
to allocate 30720 bytes) in /home/httpd/html/horde/mnemo/config/prefs.php on
line 50
which I can't connect with the issue I have.
