I was able to reproduce it .
you need to apply the update of STANDARD modules at least
notheing happens while you have not restarted the server or asterisk with ad
hoc signal-event.
you need to issue a :
# chmod o+rwxt /tmp/
# chown root:root /tmp/
to get access back to tmp
