# yum install -y smeserver-bandwidthd
# signal-event conf-bandwidthd
# service mysql.init restart
# rpm -qa smeserver-bandwidthd
smeserver-bandwidthd-2.0.1.2-5.el6.sme.noarch
able to login via httpd
mysql db was created without error
service is running as per :
# pgrep bandwidthd

able to browse data.
