We need to add a community-smecontribs repo for a zillion reasons.
The smecontribs repo should only contain verified and approved contribs
following the correct and in depth procedures.
All other community contribs should be allowed in the community-smecontribs
repo only. This also would eliminate/reduce the 'in the wild repo's' out there
now.
Only Koozali SME Server repo's should be guaranteed and available at all times
during the Koozali project lifetime. Eliminate dependencies on all other
community repo's.
We need to re-instate proper procedures to ensure survivability and the balance
between efforts and official inclusions.
