Original QA is done prior importing the contribs on smecontribs by seniors.
Then updates are the responsibility of contributor or person with built access.
Verification is the sole responsibility of the person who fixed the bug and or
built the package. He may ask help from somebody with the appropriate
configuration, hardware he can not test himself.
Moving the resulting rpm from smetest to smecontribs is the responsibility of
the person who built the package.
This is this way from the beginning.
a particularity is moving contribs from SME version to another : as per example
