ok you did not updatetd the right rpm :
you did yum up
yum --enablerepo=smeupdates-testing update qpsmtpd-plugins
should have been
yum --enablerepo=smeupdates-testing update qpsmtpd
whitelist is part of the main qpsmtpd rpm, I have openned another bug see bug #
10125 to remove the old whitelist_soft from the qpsmtpd-plugins which is a
collection of third party plugins.
please try again against the qpsmtpd rpm
