it seems that on the first run of
signal-event http-proxy-update
something is wrong..
if you stop/abort it, finish the install procedure as per wiki (the
expand-template /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
sv t /service/httpd-e-smith part) and then retry everything works as expected
tried 2 times on SME9.1, both times same behaviour
the first execution of squidguard-update-databases script is the problem
