yum logs
from my test, I can confirm that the content of smeextras is conflicting for
the update, but all went great when disabling the smeextra repo.
I need to investigate what is the problem with the followings :

regarding your tests with remi and epel enabled I can only answer that you
should not use these two repo with update without specifying the exact rpm you
want to update or you will break your install as those two repo provide rpms
conflicting with centos rpms
I will check further, but asterisk-13,asterisk-current,digium-current,digium-13
should not be safe to keep enabled for updates, unless we change the
configuraiton of the repo to exclude packages
