As per title. To live up to expectations and guarantee functionality of
contribs in line with the SME Server philosophy , Koozali supported/provided
contribs should be rock solid, fully documented and tested. Community provided
contribs are to be considered experimental well respected, but NOT supported.
This requires repo re-thinking and wiki adjustments
