/etc/e-smith/templates-custom/etc/dehydrated/config/20ACCEPT_TERMS
this is linked to a db key to add it only after it has been accepted .
this way
config setprop letsencrypt ACCEPT_TERMS yes
expand-template /etc/dehydrated/config
and licence is accepted
