upgrading to SME9.2 will lead to incompatibility between the new qpsmtpd and
old plugins
older version of wbl is dependant of a plugin in qpsmtpd which changed name in
0.96 version.
some of the server using smeserver-wbl have smecontribs repo enabled and will
avoid issue after upgrade
other have this repo disabled, if we do not add a conflict on the available rpm
they will end with a server without functioning mail server.
it is better to have the alert visible before this step by making the update
fails until the smeserver-wbl is also updated.
