here is a script i did for a few servers to make it fast to configure let's
encrypt. Cana lso be left as cron task to disable any domain that is not
anymore pointing to the server and avoid failure of the renewal of the cert for
the other domains...
this works great for a gateway server with direct connection to the internet,
must think about a server only or any situation where the server is behind a
firewall.
also adding a way to select other external DNS...
