here is a new version of the file to add known contribs directories and allow
to add custom directories
maybe we could add a way to avoid stating a particular encoded directory
like
config setprop durep donotstat
/home/e-smith/files/shares,/home/e-smith/files/ibays
anyway this would be a another NFR.
also I could incorporate the two first lines in the loop....
