New install of 9.2, going to install moodle the same way I did it on 9.
Installed smeserver-php-scl, and webhosting. They are not showing up in the
server-manager.
Works great on one of my other 9 boxes, and when I did an upgrade from 9 to 9.2
worked great.
Fresh install no go.
