it seems that changing the flag for local only or global incoming mail to user
account using the contrib does not update the file :
/var/service/qpsmtpd/config/badrcptto_ext
Visible : "Unrestricted" to "Internally visible Only"
# find /etc/e-smith/events/ -iname badrcptto_ext
/etc/e-smith/events/console-save/templates2expand/var/service/qpsmtpd/config/badrcptto_ext
