I just copied
php70-php-pecl-mysql-1.0.0-0.9.20151007git294ce3b.el6.remi.x86_64.rpm
and
php71-php-pecl-mysql-1.0.0-0.15.20160812git230a828.el6.remi.x86_64.rpm
in smecontribs against sme9 x64.
This should propagate in the next hours.
I however suggest to configure remi-safe repo as it would ease update in real
time of your php installation. Remi-safe is enabled by default as it is
designed not to conflict with base packages.
