I was able to reproduce your issue.
You might have two host not working because of this, as the temp configuration
file created looks like :
[GlobalAffaConfig]
sendStatus=weekly
globalStatus=jobs
EmailAddress=root
status=enabled
[Asterisk]
...
sshPort=2222
status=enabled[localhost]
remoteHostName=localhost
...
status=enabled
[localhost2]
...
yearlyKeep=1
status=disabled
