Update to work with SME 9:
- comma follows servername instead of colon
- A-list RBLs now supported in RBLList
Also, fixed some code around the 'MOVETO' logic, which used to work only for
offending emails located in 'Inbox' but now works for offending emails from any
folder that gets scanned.
