Just downloaded and extracted the zip.
Seems OK to me:
mkdir Horde52
wget http://mirror.contribs.org/contribs/jbennett/horde/horde52-rpms.zip
unzip horde52-rpms.zip
cd horde52
[root@esmith horde52]# ll
total 16
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 725 Mar 22 2015 Install-horde52.sh
drwxr-xr-x 4 root root 12288 Sep 21 16:30 RPMS
