this would. aside with SNI, reduce the risk to have a whole server giving
certificate error because of one domain.
this might also workaround the daily 100 domains limit by renewing each domains
on different days see :
https://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=53388.msg277082#msg277082
this will also help to have different hook to send the certificate to another
server when obtained.
