as I was writting while you were assigning it to Affa, this could be a NFR to
affa, to check missing deps or rpm with a rise, but the big bug is more related
to git assuming gitweb is there without requiring it to be installed and using
a die.
could duplicate this bug to affa for a NFR to check missing rpms; could be easy
using the new-rpms from e-smith audittols
