I cannot find any interesting messages, unfortuntately.
/var/log/httpd/error_log shows nothing. /var/log/httpd/access_log shows:

The directories /var/log/php/{dl,php,php56,php70,php71} are all empty. So is
/var/log/php-fpm .
Restarting php-fpm shows this in /var/log/messages:
Feb 15 07:56:43 karoline php56-fpm[9829]: [NOTICE] Terminating ...
Feb 15 07:56:43 karoline php56-fpm[9829]: [NOTICE] exiting, bye-bye!
Feb 15 07:56:44 karoline php56-fpm[19456]: [NOTICE] fpm is running, pid 19456
Feb 15 07:56:44 karoline php56-fpm[19456]: [NOTICE] ready to handle connections
But doesn't seem to make any difference
