new few questions :
- do we want the repo to be removed from yum_repositories when uninstalling the
rpm ?
- do we want to provide the gpg key in the rpm when available ? do we want to
leave it on uninstallation ?
- do we want to force some values in db like Exclude or IncludePkg ?
- are we happy with current Visible, status settings.
