The commands I used:
db yum_repositories set centos-sclo-sclo repository \
Name 'Centos - RH Software Collections' \
BaseURL 'http://mirror.centos.org/centos/$releasever/sclo/$basearch/sclo/' \
EnableGroups no \
Visible yes \
status disabled
signal-event yum-modify
db yum_repositories show centos-sclo-sclo
yum -y --enablerepo=smecontribs,centos-sclo-sclo install smeserver-mysql55
signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot
