New servers at spdns.de:
The company (securepoint) changed the name of its service from spdns.de to
spdyn.de, and accordingly changed their servers' names:
After about two years of parallel operation, update.spdns.de was finally
switched off on Friday (June 1 2018).
The new servers are
update.spdyn.de (IPv4 + IPv6)
update4.spdyn.de (IPv4 only)
update6.spdyn.de (IPv6 only)

I changed the server name in /etc/ddclient/ddclient.conf and restarted the
service: success, our IP was updated on the name server again.
But since the server can't be changed in the DB settings, I suggest to adjust
the config data within the ddclient package.
