OK, might have found the issue I was having, letstest was not enabled :-(
db hosts setprop letstest.upweybelgraversl.org.au letsencryptSSLcert enabled
I must have removed that db property late yesterday eff me...
Enabled and it is back in domain.txt..
now to check again..
