Basically you have to manually hack it all. If this basically works I'll meld
it all into the contrib.
You may need to manually expand the template like this:
expand-template /var/service/qpsmtpd/config/plugins
And then check
grep geoip /var/service/qpsmtpd/config/peers/0
I thought that expanded in signal-event email-update but for whatever reason
mine didn't seem to want to play ball. Might be a post-upgrade/reboot is really
required.
