No because the CA line described is the Test CA.
Eg https://acme-staging.api.letsencrypt.org/directory
So for test purposes uncomment this line.
Once you are sure it works with the staging/test CA then comment it again and
dehydrated will revert to the proper CA to generate your real certificates.
