I spotted a typo in the php71 templates.
The following referred to 7.0 when it should have been 7.1
-soap.wsdl_cache_dir="/var/opt/remi/php70/lib/php/wsdlcache"
+soap.wsdl_cache_dir="/var/opt/remi/php71/lib/php/wsdlcache"
Just doing a patch now
